Brace Face

So I am now the girl from Nemo. Least to say I'm a little bit disappointed. What happened was that I initially thought that when we placed an appointment for today after my consultation at the Ortho, I was "corrected" and told that this would simply be the payment and referral to the doctors who extract my premolars. I was in fact correct. They started by taking an x-ray, taking mugshots of me, close ups, then cleaning my teeth, and then they told me to pick a color of rubber bands (Navy blue) . Then they started the process of UV lighting the glue and blah blah blah. They simply glued on the brackets but no wire. I was obviously unprepared, especially since I wanted to have done certain things before this, like eat a pistachio for example, or take a picture of my teeth at least. I can't lie the nurses kind of gave me evil tooth fairy vibes I don't know why. I totally can't wait to take out my 4 of my teeth and have braces for 2 more years!! And I'm totally not dreading going to school with my new metallic friends! Golly! I'm outside being attacked by mosquitoes even though I'm immune. Anyway more to come insha Allah, I have many topics prepared and I will have a new blog out every Friday insha Allah.
